History has shown that an imposition of idea through the agency of state has seldom helped the writer in his creative work. In variably such an imposition stifle the powers of writer, as it ignores the ground rule that the creative process is essentially an act of the individual. Read more

control of Ministry of Education vide Resolution
No.F.8-18/75-CB dated 7th July, 1976 with
a view to promote the Pakistani literature
and welfare of writers community in the country.
